"The room was clean and comfortable and there was a fan in the room so it didn’t get too hot. The host spoke good English which was really helpful and the family were friendly and welcoming. It was possible to organise boat trips here to some of the different beaches. It was also only 5mins scooter ride down to a beach with great snorkelling where we saw lots of the banggai cardinal fish! "Friendly front end staff, good location and services, room was quite clean, some issues booking via hotels.com as hotel couldn't find the booking initially"

"From the black mould around my sink in my room, to a restaurant patio covered with 7 or 8 dirty tables and no other patrons around for over an hour, to them lying in their Expedia listing saying they offer an area shuttle and a FREE airport shuttle - this place was horrible to stay at and I never will again. "Excellent stay here we enjoyed our wedding the staff were brilliant. Thank you"

"It locates in the center of Palu, so easy to contact with all in Palu."

"No windows in any room. Just a concrete box. Seems to cater to a domedtic guest. Staff has difficulty with English such that you can't order in the restaurant. Half the meals on menu weren't available. Little to no help with recommendations for taxis, getting transportation or suggesting sites to see. Odd location."
